1. What are the shipping options?

Canadian orders:

Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. This is a tracked service. You will receive the tracking information via email when your order is fulfilled.

Continental USA orders:

Orders shipping to the Continental USA will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited USA (a ground service). This is a tracked service. You will receive the tracking information via email when your order is fulfilled. 

International orders:

The shipping options available for international orders are shows when you check-out. International orders CANNOT contain nail polish products at this time. International orders containing nail polish will be cancelled. 

2. What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.

If you are shipping within Canada, tax will be charged on all orders (where applicable). 

Taxes and duties on international orders are payable once your order arrives at its destination. You, the customer, will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.

3. When will I receive my order?

The tracking will provide you with a more accurate delivery date. Domestic orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive. Orders shipping to America typically take 7-10 business days to arrive. International orders typically take 1-2 weeks. However, customs clearance can cause delivery delays. We have seen delays of up to 3 months. 

4. What do I do if I never received my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we can look into it for you. Please send an email to orders@nailstuff.ca with your order number.

5. What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please contact us as soon as possible with pictures of the damaged product at orders@nailstuff.ca. Please be sure to include your order number. 

6. How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Please contact us at orders@nailstuff.ca and include your order number. If your order has not shipped, we should be able to help you with the changes that you wish to make.

7. How quickly will my order ship?

We aim to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are shipped by the next business day.

However, orders that require customization will take a few days for us to complete. Please allow between 2-5 days for customization. 

8. Where are you located?

We are located in and ship all of our orders from Ottawa, Canada.
