Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. This is a tracked service. You will receive the tracking information via email when your order is fulfilled.
Nail polish is a hazardous material and cannot be shipped internationally.
International shipping is available for non-nail polish items. To place an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order list and we will create the order for you.
2. What are the taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, provincial sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.
3. When will I receive my order?
The tracking will provide you with a more accurate delivery date. Domestic orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive.
4. What do I do if I never received my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we can look into it for you. Please send an email to email@example.com with your order number.
5. What do I do if I received a defective order?
Please contact us as soon as possible with pictures of the damaged product at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include your order number.
6. How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please contact us at email@example.com and include your order number. If your order has not shipped, we should be able to help you with the changes that you wish to make.
7. How quickly will my order ship?
We aim to ship orders within 2-5 business days. Due to COVID we are home with two small children who are remote learning. This, unfortunately, has impacted our working and order packing hours.

We are located in and ship all of our orders from Ottawa, Canada.
