1. What are the shipping options?

Canadian orders:

Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. This is a tracked service. You will receive the tracking information via email when your order is fulfilled. 

Continental US orders:

Orders to the Continental US are shipped via FedEx Ground. Shipping is calculated at checkout by FedEx. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 USD.

Nail polish is a hazardous material and cannot be shipped internationally. 

We cannot ship to PO Boxes with FedEx Ground. In situations where a PO Box is used and our attempts at contacting the customer for a street address are unsuccessful, the order will be refunded.

International orders:

International shipping is available for non-nail polish items. To place an order, please email orders@nailstuff.ca with your order list and we will create the order for you.

2. What are the taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, provincial sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.

3. When will I receive my order?

The tracking will provide you with a more accurate delivery date. Domestic orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive. 

4. What do I do if I never received my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we can look into it for you. Please send an email to orders@nailstuff.ca with your order number.

5. What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please contact us as soon as possible with pictures of the damaged product at orders@nailstuff.ca. Please be sure to include your order number. 

6. How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Please contact us at orders@nailstuff.ca and include your order number. If your order has not shipped, we should be able to help you with the changes that you wish to make.

7. How quickly will my order ship?

We aim to ship orders within 2-5 business days. Due to COVID we are home with two small children who are remote learning. This, unfortunately, has impacted our working and order packing hours.

8. Where are you located?

We are located in and ship all of our orders from Ottawa, Canada.
